It’s taken forever and some push from my friend John Saccameno at Sport Specialty but I finally dove into drawing Alfas, starting with an early Gulietta. I haven’t drawn many Italian cars but this early post-war Alfa reminded a lot of post-war British cars where some of the parts selection seemed to vary considerably from year to year, I assume based on scarcity or availability. With the fist one already at the printer, I’m on to the next one, a handsome gray with red interior 1965 model owned by…yep, John S. The Alfa prints are available for the early car in both Velocé and Normalé versions in your choice of exterior and interior colors. Limited edition, signed and numbered artwork may be purchased as:
- framed or unframed archival prints in sizes 22″ x 16″ or 30″ x 20″
- on brushed aluminum sized 47″ x 23″
- as canvas gicleé mounted in a hardwood float frame sized 30″ x 20″
- or as back lit or unlit large-scale dye-sublimated print in sizes up to 14′ long
