Ferrari 488EVO 8’ x 6’ backlit fabric installation

I draw a lot of red cars so it’s a real treat to explore the nuances of colors other than red. The contrasts are more subtle and require a more deft touch than darker hues. The details take on increased importance. What I don’t draw many of are modern cars, preferring to explore my artistic ambitions on more classic forms but this Ferrari 488EVO captured my attention in a way few cars can. There’s something almost sinister in the way it looks from the front. 8’ x 6’ backlit fabric installation.
