Ford Thunderbird
While the cult movie American Pie may have built household awareness for the first generation Thunderbird, the “baby ‘Birds” were already well known throughout the collector car community. Imagined as Ford’s answer to Chevrolet’s popular Corvette, the Thunderbird was more of an elegant sports tourer than genuine sports car. My first generation Thunderbird illustrations are available in any of the factory exterior and interior color combinations, with any of the factory accessories (including Continental kits), with the hardtop installed, with the convertible top up, or with the convertible top stowed and the tonneau cover in place.
